Return Period

Return Conditions

* Be in its original packaging
* Not show any signs of wear or damage
How to Request a Return

2. Our team will provide return instructions
3. Send the item back to the provided address
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover all return costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
