We want you to love your jewelry, human hair wigs, and synthetic hair. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Conditions:

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Jewelry:

Must be unworn and in original packaging.

Human Hair Wigs & Synthetic Hair:

Must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and unstyled.

Must be returned in the original packaging with tags and lace (if applicable) intact.

We cannot accept returns of hair that has been altered in any way.

Return Process:

2.⁠ ⁠We’ll send instructions for returning the item.

3.⁠ ⁠Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Refunds:

Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
