Yes. To start a return please follow these steps:
1. Contact us on support@marisson.de to request a return.
2. Make sure to leave your full name + order number in the return mail.
3. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
4. Please note that Marisson is not responsible for the shipping costs for returned orders and is not responsible for lost returns (when sent without tracking).
Once your return package is on the way back to our office the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows DELIVERED. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
If you purchase from outside the European Union custom fees might be charges. Each country has their own custom regulation so make sure to keep that in mind.
Custom fees are not charged by us, but by your country.
We offer PayPal, Credit- & Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Klarna
*please note that if you are using PayPal or Klarna it might take up to 1-6 business days (depending on your bank) for the payment being transferred. We only receive your order in our system once the payment was successfully transferred to us. You will see your payment immediately on your bank statement which means the transaction was successful and is being transferred to us. This might take up to 1-6 business days depending on your bank.
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to support@marisson.de with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 14 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.
